Nulungu Research Week

September 27th - 30th 2022

At Research Week, you will have opportunities to tune in to expert opinion delivered by community members and researchers via Zoom. Hear from our keynote speakers, Q&A panels and practitioners, and learn about research directions, methods and community initiatives. Upskill at research how-to workshops including use of a range of research technologies and very much more!

Nulungu Research Week celebrates a collaboration with ECU’s Centre for People, Place and Planet (CPPP) and UQAM’s Interdisciplinary Research Group on Contemporary Indigenous Affirmations (GRIAAC). The aim of the event is to highlight Indigenous voices, ways of working and doing research, particularly in relation to our places, socio-ecological systems and justice.

All Research Week events are online.

The University of Notre Dame Australia is proud to acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of the land upon which our University sits. The University acknowledges that the Sydney Campus is located on Cadigal Country, the Fremantle Campus on Wadjuk Country and the Broome Campus on Yawuru Country.

The Nulungu Way is based on relationships of trust, openness, respect and recognition of Indigenous rights, values, culture and governance and upholding values of social justice.

Nulungu Research Institute
