This half day session will include:

About the facilitator
Andrea Warr is the Director of Carve Consulting which is a boutique people and career development consultancy that works with both organisations and individuals to develop productive, sustainable, and successful people and work environments.
Andrea has spent over 25 years working with organisations, leaders and individuals supporting career development through change and transition. Her specialist skills have been honed guiding individual career transitions, evolving leadership capability and improving team effectiveness through developing team culture and communication skills. Andrea has insights across a range of industries and sectors and is ever curious about emerging trends in human behaviour, team dynamics and the drivers and beliefs that underpin our behaviours. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, and a Professional Member of AHRI and CDAA.

Cancellation policy
If you must cancel, please provide one week’s notice prior to the commencement of the course to allow someone else an opportunity to attend. We understand that sickness and misadventure can't be planned for, but please cancel your registration as soon as possible using the link provided in your confirmation email. This will allow us time to notify participants on the waitlist.
Please be aware that any cancellations made with less than one week's notice may result in the registration fee being charged back to your department. Failure to attend the training program without prior notice may impact your application to attend future training sessions.
